Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
